Terms of Service

By creating a Shopstall account you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything published from your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Your content

Your products, images and descriptions stay yours. You give us permission to host and display them so your catalogue works. Don't upload anything illegal, stolen, or that you don't have the right to sell.

Sales and customers

Shopstall is a catalogue and enquiry tool. Sales happen directly between you and your customer, and you are responsible for fulfilment, refunds and any taxes on those sales.

Plans and billing

Free accounts are limited as described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Availability

We work to keep Shopstall up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we're not liable for lost sales caused by downtime.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud or abuse.

Changes

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.
